J.W. Marriott Hill Country Resort and Spa Wedding Fair

So this past weekend I had the pleasure of setting my very own (first) booth up at the wedding fair at the J.W. Marriott Hill Country Resort and Spa! It was a blast and I LOVED every minute of it. I got to talk to so many brides and meet some great people in the wedding industry. I hope to in the near future make attending these wedding fairs a regular occasion!

With the baby the process of building my booth took a little longer then I would have like but that's ok, I got it done just in time. Here are some photographs from the building process:

 
I made sure my booth showed my personality! So of course it has a rustic look:-) Here is the finished product:

I hope to add more to my booth in the future, but this is a start.

52 Week Project- Week 2

Hey everybody! I have decided to do a 52 week project this year and will be posting them all on the blog!!!

I am jumping in at week 2 of the Four Hens Photography 52 week project. The theme is fresh.

2013 Is Here!

Hi Everyone! 2013 is here and Photography By Charity Fox is looking at some big changes and a bright future!!!

First and foremost is my new logo that was designed by Jess from Yelly Beans Designs. Jess was very patient with me as we went through many design examples and finally got the right one. Then there is this beautiful blog y’all are looking at right now. By new blog was designed by Rita from The Coffee Shop Blog. If you are a photographer or just someone interested in Photoshop I highly recommend you go check out The Coffee Shop Blog website! Tons of freebies and tutorials!!!

There are also price changes and policy changes. For the price changes please go check out my investment page on my website. From now on I will not be posting sneak peeks on facebook. I want the client to be able to see their photos before everyone else. And instead of posting online galleries I will now be doing in person viewing and ordering sessions.

Another big change will be my focus on weddings and babies/children. I am kicking this off with a booth set up at the Marriot this weekend for the wedding show. Please come visit me and all the other great vendors!!!

And finally, more updates and blog posts!!! Including a 52 week photo project!
